These terms govern your use of PoyoMusic, operated by its owner ("we", "us"). By using the app or website you agree to them.
Using PoyoMusic
PoyoMusic is a personal-use music app. You may browse and listen without an account; an account lets you keep playlists and likes. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not use the service unlawfully.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not scrape, download or redistribute content in ways the content's owners or sources do not allow.
- Do not upload or share content you have no right to share.
Music and content
Music is provided through YouTube embeds, Jamendo, and tracks hosted by PoyoMusic with artist consent; artwork and metadata may come from iTunes. Each source's own terms apply, and content belongs to its artists and rights holders. Downloads for offline listening are for your personal use in the app only. Availability of any track can change or end at any time.
Artist consent and takedown
We host a track only with the artist's consent. If you are an artist or rights holder and want a track removed, or believe content infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the track and your details and we will act promptly.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time (see /data-deletion). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
No warranty and limits of liability
PoyoMusic is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) explains how we handle your data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone.
